At RAZDO Cards, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return and refund policy before placing an order.

30-Day Return Policy

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • Sealed trading card products must remain unopened.
  • Original packaging must be included.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering are not eligible for return.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at RAZDOCards@outlook.com within 30 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue.
